Matt Larson - CEO/Owner

Matt built his business around real estate investments (wholesaling, fix and flips, and a massive rental portfolio). He has done over 4000+ transactions and is an expert wholesaler that has gone on to create a top notch education program that educates thousands of students and expert investors nationwide. One of his 1 on 1 students included Tony Robbins.  His training includes teaching students how to perfect their Acquisitions and Dispositions processes.

Amanda M. - Director Of Operations

Amanda has been with the company since 2013 and with Matt’s guidance, wholesaled two deals in Rock Island IL with no prior real estate knowledge, in less than 3 months on the job. She now has over 12 years of real estate experience and has helped close over a thousand transactions, including hundreds of wholesale deals. Amanda oversees daily operations. She is extremely process driven and will do everything in her power to ensure that operations are as streamlined and efficient as possible.

Cate H. - Disposition Specialist & T.C.

Cate has an extensive background in Transaction Coordination and Wholesaling. She is one of the best in the country at taking deals from start to finish, ensuring all parties in a transaction are happy at the closing table. She coordinates inspections with our Acquisition department and the potential buyers. She handles the entire due diligence and transaction process once all contracts are signed, working closely with the title company or attorney. Her focus is to ensure that all parties are as informed as possible as the transaction progresses which will allow for smoother closings. She is also our internal disposition specialist, selling all properties we put under contract to the “end” buyer.

Robby R- Disposition Specialist and POC

Robby has been with Rapid Assistants since August of 2024 and is a new addition to the internal team. She has extensive training and background working with real estate investors. Robby works directly with our buyers every day to get as much money as possible on each transaction for our clients. Robby is going to be looking over your shoulder on all file submissions. She will be checking the DO NOT BUY LIST to ensure that the property is within the buyers criteria. She is very thorough when it comes to evaluating your submissions, and will catch any errors or mistakes up front so we don’t waste our buyers time! After that Robby will find buyers in your area, market the properties, provide status updates, present all offers and feedback to you, and help work the negotiations to get the deal done.
