What’s your refund policy?
Once an order is placed, we cannot issue refunds due to the administrative and training costs associated with your purchase. Our team begins working on set up as soon as the order is received. However, in the event that you cannot begin services within the estimated time frame for your purchase, we can offer you a credit on your account for your purchase so that you may begin services when you are ready for the amount of your purchase. You may do so by providing us with a written request to add the credit to your account to use at a later date.
What happens if I don't get any leads?
While not getting any leads with our program is rare (hasn't happened yet!), we will offer you an additional 500 free dials and a free data review of your list and skiptraced file to give any feedback for better results in future cold calling efforts.
